VDNKH is a unique architectural complex built in the Stalinist Empire style, still preserving the memory of its time. The territory of VDNKh, now combined with the Botanical Garden and Ostankino Park, forms a vast recreational area.

Izmailovo Kremlin & Vernisazh: There are two remarkable markets next to the Izmailovsky Kremlin — a flea market and the Izmailovsky Vernisazh. The Vernisazh offers variety of souvenirs and handcrafts from different Russian regions in traditional styles such as Khokloma, Gzhel, Palekh, while in the flea market you can purchase antiques, furniture, old books, etc.

The Arkhangelskoe Memorial Estate is a wonderful place near Moscow, not far from Krasnogorsk. It is a unique example of Russian cultural heritage, as it is the former estate of Russia’s wealthiest aristocratic families of the 18-19th centuries. These families include the Sheremetevs, the Golitsyns, and the Yusupovs. The park in Arkhangelskoe is known as one of the best in the country.

The Skolkovo Innovation Center is a high technology business area that is being built at Mozhaysky District in Moscow, Russia. Although historically Russia has been successful with development of science and technology, its lack of entrepreneur spirit led to government intervention of patents and nonproliferation of Russian tech companies beyond the scope of regional service. As corporations and individuals become «residents» of the city, with proposed projects and ideas receiving financial assistance. Skolkovo was first announced on 12 November 2009 by then Russian President. The complex is headed by Viktor Vekselberg and co-chaired by former Intel CEO Craig Barrett.
